While searching on the internet I stumbled across the site, I was impressed by all the positive reviews I made an appt on Sunday they diagnosed my problem, and I was scheduled to drop the car off on Monday. They kept the car over night and rented a car for me so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. They were very helpful and attentive! I will Definitely use Honest-1 again and I've already referred my family and friends! 36 months on the part!!! Fantastic!!! Thanks to all the staff!! As far as I'm concerned they stand behind their name!!

As a first time customer in dire need, our service needs were met with an initial diagnosis that gave us the confidence to let our Jeep Cherokee go back to the shop for repair. Our Service Advisor, Andy Anderson, kept us updated as to what was needed along with cost. In the end, a perfect repair!During this time, we were fortunate to wait for our auto repair, enjoying the amenities inside.

Needed an oil change and also my right front head light had burned out. Called my dealership and they quoted $35 for the oil change & $185 for the headlight. Thought, 'that's high'! Remembered I had received a coupon for Honest 1. Went in and received a genuine and warm welcome from Dennis McLaughlin. He took my car around and came back with the price for both the oil change & the headlight. $46! After I got home, noticed one of of my hub caps was now damaged. Dennis replaced this one and another that had disappeared shortly after being serviced by my dealership the year before. Both replaced at no cost. I am so pleased with Honest 1, I referred my brother-in-law there and he was equally impressed . These folks run this garage the way my Dad ran his. Great people, very clean and honest service and pricing.

Had a great experience! Water, coffee, wifi, and even iPads available to customers while they wait! Also, offered to shuttle me to work so that I would not be late returning from my lunch hour! What wonderful customer service! They are really doing this right!

They couldn't get my car back when promised and offered a free rental car. I said no so they took $20 off my bill. Can't ask for more than that. Clean waiting room and very attentive service reps.

Enjoyable and calm experience. One of the few times where I was comfortable waiting for my car . The service adviser was very polite and didn't make me feel rushed like I do at most Jiffy Lube " quick stop" places. The technician was very polite . I appreciated them covering my car seat as well as the floor from when the technician sat in the car. Definitely going to be coming back. I was able to do Homework while waiting for my car without a movie blasting in my ear and balancing a book on my lap. The high top table was an added bonus for me to lay out my books. THANKS GUYS !
