I have had an excellent experience, Mike the supervisor and George the technician have been very thorough and detailed throughout many issues with my 2008 Ford Explorer, explaining extensively what is needed and also what is not. This was my first choice among multiple shops due to the excellent customer service and technical experience shown firsthand, as I do plenty of research and digging myself to be somewhat knowledgeable of the problems with this vehicle. PLUS one cannot beat the 3 year 36k mile warranty that this company provides. Absolutely recomended!!

Since moving into the area I have used Honest-1 in Ormond as my exclusive auto care provider, and I could not be happier. From routine oil changes to larger projects, I have never experienced anything less than the best. Just today I dropped my car off for an oil change, and Mike alerted me that my air filters were nearing the end of their time. Instead of pressuring me into a decision, he walked me through the pros and cons of changing filters right away, or waiting until my next visit. Great staff, great location, great lobby and amenities, GREAT service, no pressure. Cannot recommend this staff and location enough.

Went into Honest-1 and found 3 friendly fellows in a clean bright reception space all eager to help! Their attitude was awesome good! I was a tourist and they saved the holiday with their fast, straightforward service. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Mike is the best! He’s the only mechanic I trust. Every time I have an issue with my car he gets me right in and takes care of the problem. He offers superior customer service to everyone he comes in contact with. The facility is always clean and nicely decorated. Honest-1 really knows how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

So impressed by Dennis and our experience at Honest-1! We are visiting from out of state and are thrilled to have found a local doc for our geriatric minivan. Wish there were more stars to give, they deserve them all!

Fast turn around on repairs. I asked for my old starter back but they did not give it back. I asked the service advisor to replace my rear wiper but they didn't have one in stock. Didn't offer to find one or order a wiper blade for me. They do not read engine lights for free like Auto Zone.

If we are out, which is rare, we should have gotten one in for you within 30 minutes. We do scan engine check lights for free so we apologize for all of the inconvenience.
