Had an appointment at 11. Forty five minutes later, they still hadn't touched my car. Asked for my keys back and left. Given that one of the people in the waiting room was sleeping when I got there, I'm guessing this is not unusual for them.
Walt, We sincerely apologize for the long wait. NOT acceptable at all. That never should have happened and again we are sorry. We won't give excuses which there are several. When someone makes an appointment with us, we need to honor that time. We did not in this instance. We called and left a message. We will gladly do your next oil change for free.
