Staff friendly & helpful

The service on my 23 year old "baby" was impeccable! They were asked to address certain specific issues and additionally to look it over for any potential other issues. They only did service that was absolutely needed. They did not do service on issues they weren't sure about due to a potential contributing problem that was fixed. Preferring to observe rather than do unneeded service. The service was provided 24 hours ahead of projected delivery. The service writers, managers and all personnel I encountered were not only professional but genuinely friendly.

Very friendly, nice clean shop and great customer service. My car was acting strange so I went in for a diagnostic test they had the car all afternoon, try to reproduce the problem. They were unable to reproduce the issue and didn't charge the diagnostic fee. On top of that I was not going to make it back into town before they closed so they kept my car safe in the locked gates for the night. I ended up having them do a job thT was overdue. Great perks and service. I will be going back. Satisfied customer!

Thanks again guys....your professionalism and honesty are much appreciated. Its nice not to feel pressure or intimidation when it comes to repairs. After all, you only get one chance to make a first impression....and without a solid customer base....you're just another "fly-By-Nite" outfit.

Great shop. Went in for alignment and after quick inspection informed me of problem with struts that would be best to repair before alignment is done. They understood that I have long time mechanic that I prefer to do repairs on the car. After I take vehicle to my mechanic for repairs I plan to return here to have the alignment done. Honest is good.

It was quick and honest

I went the first day they opened. The service was great. It seemed to take longer than I expected, but the waiting area is very nice and clean.
