Tricia and Dennis are great. They got me in right away and had my brakes done in a short time. They're waiting area is very nice and accommodating with snacks and drinks. Everyone that works there was very friendly and I highly recommend using them for all your Automotive needs.

The mechanic gave me future options to consider should I continue to have a specific issue with my van. Public relations is just as important to me as quality work. Honest 1 is a great place to take your car for service/maintenance. Tricia was very helpful, both on the phone and at the time of my appointment. They completed the job in a timely manner , and they provide a very nice, comfortable waiting area.

Honest-1 Auto Care is AWESOME! I was on Vacation in Ormond Beach, and had Car issues. I spoke to Ben...and he got me in the very next day! They did an inspection and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. They worked with me ($$) as they know what it's like to be on Vacation. Everything about my experience with them was excellent! As a woman I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Super courteous staff! They don't just look at the issue at hand. They take a holistic approach to save you some money in the future without being pushy. No repairs are done until you give them the thumbs up. Trisha was awesome explaining what and why the repairs were. I can not recommend them enough!!! My son brings his car from out of state for their service.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in to door until I left. The staff was knowledgeable and very polite. Also liked that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I'll definitely return!

I visited Honest-1 Auto Care after seeing it listed on the AAA web site. I was very impressed with service I received. I first spoke to Tricia G., Service Advisor, when I arrived and she was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She took my information and set up an immediate examination of my car. This was performed by George S., the Technician. George was very professional and related in detail what was needed to address my concerns about my car. I have to say that I was very impressed with Honest-1 Auto Care. and I will be returning for my maintenance needs. Both Tricia and George deserve the 5 Star ratings.
