FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE

Terrific experience yesterday. Mom's car had low tire pressure and it looked like a nail in one tire. Service tech found stones but no nail, checked all four tires for leaks, and made sure pressure was correct all around. No charge! Will definitely return again for service.

Kristine Minimi is the best service advisor. I have been a customer for over two years. She is knowledgeable with mechanics of the car and at the same time; treats you like family. She keeps you informed on any changes needed to your car and keeps you and your car's best interest in mind.

Excellent and polite service. I, as a woman was treated with respect. That was very important to me. The repair to my vehicle was done well and in a timely manner. The Service Advisor, Kristine, was knowledgeable and explained how the repair would proceed. I truly will be back and I am recommending Honest-1 to everyone.

This was my first time there, I unfortunately am not as knowledgeable with cars as I wish I was, but Dennis McLaughlin was of great help! He informed me of my cars needs and what services can wait until the next time I am there. I felt very comfortable and happy that he gave me great advice where as going to the dealership cost me double! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!!

We have previous problems with our former dearlerships with serious electrical problems with my Saturn Vue XR. Unable to get corrected and finally came to Honest 1 who were able to resolve the problem with one of their top mechanics (Chuck). and just recently my girl Annie had brake problems at 5:30 pm that required new parts ,Dennis got involved and arranged service 1st thing in the morning and all work and additional purchase of 2 new tires and car was available for pickup by 4pm. Now thats what I call service.

Everyone was so friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service people were extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning when needed.
