In the beggining my rating was 5 stars, unfortunatly I had to change it. This place did fix something on my vehicle but they did NOT FIX IT ALL. They didn't TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED!! THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT WASN'T EVEN THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE SAME DAY I PICKED MY VEHICLE UP AFTER THEY "repaired" it, less then an hour later i was STRANDED AGAIN ( vehicle shutting off & not restarting). I paid close to $500 for something that didnt need to fix the initial problem. Very unhappy.

Honest 1 Auto Care lives up to its name. I have had service done to both my Mini Cooper and Toyota Tacoma, and always leave happy and thankful for superior service. Christine goes above and beyond excellent service. I recommend Honest 1 Auto to friends and family.

Everyone is so nice here! Kristine was amazing and so easy to talk to! Brought my car in for a clunking noise by the driver side wheel. I thought it may have been something like a bad wheel bearing. Come to find out it was some loose lugnuts that I didn't tighten up enough. I left with no charge and Kristine asked me to stop by the following week just to double check that the lugnuts are staying tight. Needless to say, all my future repairs will be done at Honest-1.

My family has six vehicles that have been serviced (and will continue to be serviced) @ Honest 1: Econoline van, Mitsubishi Outlander, Pontiac Firebird, Dodge Grand Caravan, Toyota Camry, Toyota Matrix. Mr. Nate Tyler displayed genuine concern and professionalism while determining the true nature of my 2009 Ford Fusion's HVAC and motor mount problems. I was originally told by a different repair shop that my compressor was out and needed replacing and all the motor mounts needed replacing as well. Mr. Tyler determined it was the evaporator temperature sensor switch and only one front motor mount. With the money I saved I also had them replace my missing door handle on the driver's side. He also found the best prices for my replacement parts and I was given a coupon as a new client to Honest-1. They also checked out my noise coming from the brakes to ensure good brake coverage. All the repairs were complete with in 24 hrs. I'm very please with Honest-1 and there personnel. From start to finish each dept member made me feel like I was being taken care of by family and not being taken advantage just because I'm a woman. Kudos to each of you at Honest-1 Auto Care two thumbs way up for customer care, service and follow through. Thank you!

Kristine Minimi is amazing! Archie is amazing! The whole staff is very kind and does not put pressure on you to do anything than what you came in for! I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be going back myself!

The check engine light came on in my car and I took it over to Honest-1. The manager did a diagnostic on and found out my gas cap was loose and the then reset the light. Didn't even charge me! They were so friendly and so HONEST which is hard to find now days. I highly recommend any of their locations to everyone.
