I went to Honest-1 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am; 1st customer there! Service advisor Michael Nadson asked me what was going on with my car and informed that he could get a mechanic to come out to the parking lot just to listen to the horrible sound coming from under the hood. Archie; mechanic came out and feared it was engine trouble. Archie; mechanic came out and feared it was engine trouble. I go back inside and Michael offers me coffee, water etc.... he then proceeds to tell me that he may not be able to take the car in because they are so busy. Well about 30 minutes go by and JJ; mechanic inspects the vehicle and runs a diagnostic check and discovers that I only need an alternator! Michael comes over and says "You are one lucky lady"! He called 4 different shops to find my alternator and assures me that they can get the job done in 1 day! Michael was nice enough to give me a ride home and explain the estimate. Approximately 4 hours later my car was fixed!! AMAZING customer service gentlemen! Michael Nadson is by far one the best service advisors that I have ever had to deal with!

I always receive great customer service when I go to Honest 1. The folks there are super friendly and considerate. They are always able to get me in on my schedule. I appreciate that they are open on Sunday as well, that is convenient since I work out of town during the week. I always talk about Honest 1 and recommend to my family and friends/co-workers. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the fact that they have beverages and snacks there for the customers is a plus. I started going to Honest 1 in S. Daytona but was so glad when this one in Ormond Beach opened because it is 3 minutes from my home.

While on vacation, we had to have our mini-van towed in due to the engine overheating. Being from out of town, I was leery about how a local mechanic shop might treat a non-local? AAA recommended HONEST-1 Auto Care. My treatment was 5 star perfect. I was called with a estimate of repair for multiple problem scenarios. The problem turned out to be a simple cooling fan relay and fell within the low end of possible costly repairs. Obviously, had they been dishonest, they could have overcharged. THEY DIDN'T! I interacted with both Dennis and Eric and was very much impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop for auto repairs. I might further add, their courtesy shuttle is a nice service.

I am from Jacksonvile and my mother in law lives in Ormond, and on Tuesday my wife was down to visit and as she was leaving to head back to Jax during a torrential down pour her wipers went out on her Lexus. I found Honest-1 on the web and called and talked to Christine who assured me that my wife would be taken care of and they would not let her leave if she would not be 100% safe. These folks are great. When in trouble, don't hesitate to call them. They have extended hours and will go above and beyond to help.

I could tell my truck was in need of a new battery and the independent mechanic we loved and trusted for over 11 years had recently retired. I'm so glad I tried this shop for the battery. Now I'm back for an oil change. I really like the whole group, you can tell that they enjoy their work, their customers and each other, but I'm especially fond of the Service Adviser Kristine M. She is friendly and pleasant and explains things thoroughly and clearly without using too many big technical words. And it's not just with me, because I've heard her explain car stuff to other customers while I was waiting in the comfortable, clean lobby, and I learned a thing or two in the process. I will now be bringing both of our cars for maintenance and repairs for the good value, good service and pleasant atmosphere at Honest 1 Auto Care. Thanks!

Highly recommend. ..honest...fair...quick...they don't UPSELL you .. Best Service I have ever received...and I have lived in quite a few places.. I WILL. BE BACK...trying to convert ALL my friends and family...but they think it's TOO good to be true..

I was tired of the bad service I got from the local Chrysler dealerships so i decided to try your service. I had a pretty good grip on ASE trained personnel and maintaining the warranty without going to the dealership so I decided to try your business. My experience with your facility was very positive so much so that I will be back for scheduled service. I hope you maintain the high level of service so I don't have to crawl back to the dealership for service. I will be back!
