Awesome staff!! Great customer service. SUV overheated on 95 as we were headed back to North Carolina. We arrived at the shop on Friday morning and after Kristine discovered we were from out of state, a mechanic looked at our vehicle right away. We were out-of-state strangers but now we are friends!! This place lives up to its name! From Nate at the desk to all the team in the garage area they are kind, polite and knowledgeable. Also they never suggest unnecessary procedures as some garages do to raise their profit. The complimentary snacks, coffee and the prices are great too!

Excellent shop, always give you a heads up on problems they find with an honest assessment, fair charges and courteous service. Nate's crew found the transmission problem with my Toyota Tundra and took care of me with very reasonable charges for parts and labor. A clean and professional organization. Highly recommended!

Fast, clean, reliable service to repair a torn under body cover which covers the motor, and radiator to the bumper.

I noticed a new noise from under the hood and my father suggested I stop by your shop before driving further. Your advice to not drive was sound indeed as the radiator was in need of replacement. Had I just ignored the noise, I would be facing much worse car trouble. Thank you for your advice and timely repair!
