I came here for an oil change. They were so reasonable and honest that I ended up making another apt for my air conditioner to be serviced. Was from out of town so I was very pleased not to get taken advantage of😎

If only you could give this place zero stars. They charged $107 to replace a PCV hose for a stalling issue. My "PCV" was a straight scrap hose that should've had a 90° angle but instead was kinked to work. I then started to have an oil leak and when I took my car back to address my issue and was told the "PCV" hose has nothing to do with my oil (not so honest) then said it's like them fixing an oil leak and coming back a month later saying it affected my starter. Even though that's completely different. After they said the PCV hose that they replaced had nothing to do with it, I asked the macanic DENNIS why he insisted on putting a kinked scrap piece of hose on my vehicle and he couldn't give me an answer but told me "I'll tell you what, you go buy the hose and I'll fix it. Show me the receipt and I'll reimburse you for the hose" WHY WASN'T THE RIGHT HOSE PUT ON IN THE FIRST PLACE??? The guy NICK at O'Reilly's replaced they're kinked hose and replaced it with a new one in 10 minutes and for $12.77. WHY WAS IT $107 TO DO THAT AT HONEST 1??? After I went to get reimbursed DENNIS said "what do you want me to do? Fix your car for free?" Well considering they're "fixes" caused more problems to my vehicle. I got over the fact that they took $107 for nothing, I decided to take my car somewhere else to better my vehicle in the long run.

We didn't have major work done but are very happy with their service. Very clean and helpful. I would return.

Honesty and friendliness is what I get when visiting Honest-1 Auto Care. Their repair prices are not ripping you off either. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

They are friendly and explain everything! I trust them to be thorough and fair. The lobby is very comfortable and the wifi works great. Convenient location and hours.

I never submit reviews, but I wanted others to know what they should expect from this location! I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a repair shop in the 5 years I have owned my vehicle. The atmosphere is open, bright, and comfortable. The first time I went to this shop was a few months ago for an oil change. They offer the inspection with the oil change like most companies, they informed me of any work that needed to be done. Christina was never forceful when suggesting these things, she was understanding and very pleasant as well. I returned yesterday for new tires, which I needed BADLY!! They addressed the work that was suggested the first time I was there and provided me these services. She offered coupons and any discounts that I qualified for. With all this said, I felt as though I received the quality of service I paid for. I even received a follow-up call today!! I absolutely believe that I have found the repair shop for me!!!
