Honest One is great. I feel I can trust them with my car. Dennis McLaughlin takes the time to explain the problems your car encounters and the solutions needed now and things that can wait. Eric Sewell is also great to talk too. Finally a place with employees I can trust😀❗️

Twice, now, I thought I had a problem with my 2011 Grand Marquis. Both times, Honest1 took the time to do a thorough examination and tell me that 'Nothing to worry about; that won't need replacement for a long time'! No charge and no effort to 'sell me' batteries, etc. A very refreshing attitude in the auto business. And, the wifi is excellent while waiting. R. D. Moore

Honest-1 in Ormond Beach are not only VERY(!!) honest, but also extremely professional and courteous. Kristine (as well as each and every of their advisors) is highly knowledgeable and will always take the time to explain every detail and keep you in the loop. I have had nothing but good experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional service and..again..HONEST! Plus of course a new and modern facility with free wifi, flat screen TVs, leather couches, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, etc.

I went to honest one and had Great service, had shuttle service brought me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.Everyone was very friendly.

They can't get done what needs to get done when asked to get done. And over priced

Broke down on I95 in Daytona on my way home to Cutler Bay. Extremely grateful my insurance company recommended Honest-1. Very courteous service, and Dennis kept me abreast of the progress of the repair while we stayed with friends in Titusville. While I pray I don't ever repeat the experience of breaking down like this again, if I do, i hope it's close to Honest-1.

My college age sons' car broke down on way to school and needed to be towed. His car was towed to Honest-1. We were not familiar with the area, or the mechanic. We were pleasantly surprised with the service. They were friendly and kept us informed; returned phone calls, and called when they said they would. They were very descriptive and helpful. Their shop is clean and comfortable. Thank you, Christine and Honest-1, for being friendly, helpful and for making a lousy situation more settling and comfortable.

We took both of our vehicles in for an oil change this week. Service Advisor Michael Nadson was very courteous from the moment we walked through the door. Mike made sure to keep us up to date with estimates and a few recommendations for future work to be done to keep our cars running smoothly. He even noticed a potential safety hazard with our front tires and took care of everything promptly and efficiently. The facility is super clean and provides superior customer service!
