This is an automotive facility that takes "going above and beyond to help customers" as second nature; a mantra if you will. Each and every person here gives true Customer Service, which allows peace of mind and confidence in all work that is done! I am so glad that Honest 1 and Staff are here in Ormond Beach in such a convenient location, (Hand and Nova, next to Speedway Gas Station). All I can say is "wow!" Not only are the prices reasonable, they have a shuttle, friendly service , online scheduling, and they left fruit snacks in my car!!! DENNIS was so kind and welcoming . I've lived in many cities and had my car serviced in so many places... honest -1 is one in a million. I highly recommend them!

Just an all around great experience. They fit us in quickly, found the problem fast, showed us what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it, and how long it would take to fix it. Their shop is SPOTLESS, and comfortable to wait while your work is being completed and the staff are just wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough.
