Not a good place ... They are soooooooooo rude, like uugghhhh, couldn't believe there attitudes.

New to the area and my car was in need of an oil change, Honest-1 customer service area is very comfortable, they have free internet and a large screen TV to entertain you as you wait. But to be honest the wait was less than 30 minutes and they explained how they inspected the various items, such as brakes, wheel alignment, etc... They also informed me of a oil pan leak which was covered by my car manufactures warranty. Great place and would highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care.

We are VERY happy you made use of our lobby and other amenities. We put them there to make the wait comfortable. We are even happier (truly are) when we find a problem and it under warranty. I was visiting my parents from out of town and had been having AC problems. They were able to fix the problem. They had to keep my car overnight so provided a shuttle service. Very helpful. I recommend their services.

Kristine is so helpful in keeping my 2 high mileage cars running . She prioritizes the work that needs to be done . I have never had to take a car back because the work was not properly. Prices are very fair and reasonable.
