These guys are GREAT!. Last Saturday our Jeep failed over at the beach access point. After contacting Honest 1 at 1:00 p.m. --and they told us they closed at 4 p.m.--we had it towed to Honest 1. They told us they could not guarantee they could get to it bc they had others in front of us, and it was getting late on a Saturday. Not only did they get it in but they got the problem fixed and us back on the road that same Saturday!! They could have easily put us over to Monday. You don't find service like this much anymore. I will take all of our vehicles to these guys. Very informative. Honest. And they really do seem to care about their customers. A rarity in auto repair. fdb

Price quote for diagnostic.I said is that firm? unless we find something crazy was response. 8% add on charge.They do not understand price Nothing on the report repair est verbal,very high and I don't think they could come to the conclusion they did without further testing I think they just shot out a really high price I had car towed to another garage.I didn't want to take a chance.Better get every thing on paper
