When I have my car (2011 Chevy HHR) inspected I get a written explanation along with photos to help me understand what needs to be done. Everyone is always professional and repairs are on time as promised. There is a great place for customers to wait if they want. I would recommend Honest-1 to friends and family.

This shop, in so many ways, lost my business. Because they only like easy peasy jobs. Oil changes etc. Solve a problem CLUELESS.

Honest 1 Team lives up to their name..!!! The team truly came through for me. They called me promptly and said to bring my vehicle so they could fix the problem I was having. I expressed the fact that my financial situation wasn't good... "Bring it in anyway" they said. !!Wow.. !!! In less than an hour my car was fixed and returned to me. That says alot about a place when you leave feeling 100% confident in the services provided and valued even as a "small dollar"customer. I'm speechless at this point. A Car Care establishment that truly cares. THANK YOU HONEST 1..... Absolutely 💯 Recommended..!!!
