We do have a very good following in the area which is keeping us busy but we do our best to spend what ever time is needed with each customer to make sure they are well care for. Appointments always get people in right away, sometimes people walking in may have to wait a short while. We have hired a great new tech to give us more manpower to take walk-ins in right away. Mr Perez, We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to check your Chevrolet truck. Mr. Gholson...We apologize we could not get you into the shop quicker. You came in at just the wrong time. As you saw in our lobby, we had numerous people waiting and every tech was working on one of their cars. We promised that the next car we took into our shop would be yours and it would be about 30 minutes wait. We had made completion promises to the waiting customers and could not go back on the promises to them. We understand about being from out of town and needing to get on the road again. We are one of two AAA certified shops in the area and a high percentage of those cars are in the same situation, on vacation and needing immediate repairs.
