I never submit reviews, but I wanted others to know what they should expect from this location! I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a repair shop in the 5 years I have owned my vehicle. The atmosphere is open, bright, and comfortable. The first time I went to this shop was a few months ago for an oil change. They offer the inspection with the oil change like most companies, they informed me of any work that needed to be done. Christina was never forceful when suggesting these things, she was understanding and very pleasant as well. I returned yesterday for new tires, which I needed BADLY!! They addressed the work that was suggested the first time I was there and provided me these services. She offered coupons and any discounts that I qualified for. With all this said, I felt as though I received the quality of service I paid for. I even received a follow-up call today!! I absolutely believe that I have found the repair shop for me!!!

On time and prompt service- call before any work not mentioned at the drop off time. I trust their judgement. Satisfied with their work.

Could not find the leak the first time. Brought car back, leak was found (new water pump) and credit was issued for the first visit. Fix worked. Good people to work with, honest, and I'd certainly recommend them to others.

Great first impression from Honest-1. Very clean customer area with amenities. Vehicle taken in very close to scheduled time. No pressure info given with diagnostics result. Scheduled work and one small addition performed in short order. Nice job!
