$3500.00 est. for repairs Its a 2003 ,not worth repairing . I talked with my mechanic in Deland he was optimistic. I had it towed to Deland ,$120. Parts $260. labor $200.00. $580.00 VS $3500.00. Be very careful with this company .Ive driven over 500 miles since Deland repairs. Dishonest

Ms Bride, we looked and looked and did not see your name in our system. We definitely want to touch base so PLEASE give us a call and ask for Dennis. We can see a repair estimate being 10% or so different between shops but not by the amount you were looking at. You would have received a digital inspection from us, with pictures of everything we saw and explanations of why a service was being recommended. We would like to see the repairs done to understand the gap. We will give you a free oil change for your troubles. We wish you all the best, H1 Team

I couldn’t say if their service is good or bad, we never got that far because of their lack of professionalism. We made an appointment for a simple oil change for early in the morning, to avoid being subject to the delays that can happen with mid day service appointments. When we arrived just before our 8am time, the service tech informed us that it would be at least an hour and a half before they could even get to us. We decided not to wait and confirmed before leaving that he understood that we had made an appointment. His reply was that he knew but someone should have told us that they weren’t Jiffy Lube. A simple call to advise they were running behind or to reschedule would have been appreciated.
