It should be 0 stars. I called to ask a couple questions after my car broke down 3 days after receiving an oil change here. My coolant was completely empty when the car got to the shop this is the second time I had the oil changed there and my car ended up in the shop after. The manager Dennis was extremely rude and condescending and actually hung up on me. I would highly recommend somewhere else for any and all services.
Adrienne, I appreciate you taking time to write a review even though we never want to see a 1 star review. I would like to talk to you about your experience. Dennis has an excellent rapport with our customers so not sure what happened but would like to find out. We want everyone leaving feeling they received 5 star experience so would like to talk to you. I did look at the digital inspection report we sent to you and we reported your coolant was low and the source of the leak should be investigated. You declined checking it out. We never high pressure sell so if a customer declines work, we will not push. We do hope that all worked out well with your coolant issue. All the best, Sharon S
