I went in to have my low beam light changed.(Jeep Cherokee 2015).he said it was going to cost me around $300.00 in labor cost because they needed to take the front end apart to get to the light . I walked out..so I called another place(Auto Clinic)..total price $85.00..they went through the wheel well..shame on you!!!

Nancy, We are happy you found a tech that had a shortcut to replacing your headlight. We have access to and do follow how a manufacturer recommends a part to be replaced. That is what we quoted out for your headlight replacement. It sometimes happens that a work around to the manufacturers recommended replacement process can be found. It should not be a shame on us but recognition we do follow recommended replacement methods. That is one of the reasons we can offer at 3 year, non-prorated warranty on all repairs we do. This place is Truly the place to go if you want Great Workmanship, Friendly, Kind and Attentive staff and owners, AND Honesty when it comes to your Auto Care needs...they are true to their name of business and i am forever grateful i happened to find them. They are affordable and won't upsell you with services you do not need as i thought my car needed alot of stuff and come to find out it did not...just an oil change and wiper blades...phew! I will definately be returning to Honest-1 with my Auto Care needs. I highly reccomend them to 1 and all!

These guys are GREAT!. Last Saturday our Jeep failed over at the beach access point. After contacting Honest 1 at 1:00 p.m. --and they told us they closed at 4 p.m.--we had it towed to Honest 1. They told us they could not guarantee they could get to it bc they had others in front of us, and it was getting late on a Saturday. Not only did they get it in but they got the problem fixed and us back on the road that same Saturday!! They could have easily put us over to Monday. You don't find service like this much anymore. I will take all of our vehicles to these guys. Very informative. Honest. And they really do seem to care about their customers. A rarity in auto repair. fdb

This time we went in for an oil change. They were quick, and when finished, they sent us a notification with all the things they had checked - an easy to read report.

$3500.00 est. for repairs Its a 2003 ,not worth repairing . I talked with my mechanic in Deland he was optimistic. I had it towed to Deland ,$120. Parts $260. labor $200.00. $580.00 VS $3500.00. Be very careful with this company .Ive driven over 500 miles since Deland repairs. Dishonest

Ms Bride, we looked and looked and did not see your name in our system. We definitely want to touch base so PLEASE give us a call and ask for Dennis. We can see a repair estimate being 10% or so different between shops but not by the amount you were looking at. You would have received a digital inspection from us, with pictures of everything we saw and explanations of why a service was being recommended. We would like to see the repairs done to understand the gap. We will give you a free oil change for your troubles. We wish you all the best, H1 Team
