Amazing customer service! The staff was so nice and friendly, the waiting area is phenomenal, and the inspection is great!

I had looked up Honest in the past but had friends and family to work on my car. After several misdiagnosis's, headaches and being stood up waiting 2 days, I bit the bullet and made an appointment. Mom and I sat waiting for a long time for word on the car but I expected that. Their shuttle driver drove us and her wheelchair home while they fixed it. Several hours later the car was done. I had to call back about my pick up but then the driver Jay was very quick to arrive. I felt the price, although higher than I had hoped for, was fair. I also was given a discount which helped. Everything is under warranty and the work was professionaly done. You get what you pay for. Today I drove 90 miles in my 2003 Camry and for the first time in YEARS, it didn't shake. It was like driving a new car. Amazing what new axles will do for a car. I have other work to do that was also misdiagnosed by other shops. We will return to Honest ASAP. I was smiling all day because I could drive my elderly mom safely and feel confident. So happy! 💕

I needed two batteries for a 2018 Dodge Ram 3500/6.7......on 1/16/2020....I was told the price would be $700 for two batteries. I live in Georgia and I was working out of town and I needed to get back on the road.After I paid $700 for two batteries my friend said he paid $500 at the Dodge dealership and that’s to install and out the door. I called Napa where they purchase the batteries for my Dodge and they said the price of their batteries are 204.00 each. I felt like Honest Care One took advantage of the situation I was in.

I dropped my drive shaft, and had get towed in. I waited one hour before they looked at it. Not bad , considering I didn't have a real appointment. They will have me back up and running within ane hour now. Two u-bolts and a tow, $365. Could have been much worse. Thanks Honest-1 auto care of Ormond Beach.
