Brought my car in on Friday to have it checked out. Just bought it. Got an estimate the same day and got my car back the next day. Car rides a lot better. I am very happy with the service. Elizabeth Knight, service advisor, and Steven R. The mechanic did an excellent job. Got a phone call and a card from the owner to make sure I was happy with the service. Thank you, guys. This place took care of me this morning. First thing in the morning they fixed what needed to be fixed and I was on my way. I plan on taking my wife’s and my cars there when I have a problem. Rated 5 Stars on AAA and they proved it. Thanks Frank and Liz

We had our vehicle towed to the shop and they were very prompt in getting it repaired and functional again. Their service is excellent. We already have another vehicle scheduled for repair. Great place and convenient hours!

We stopped at Honest-1 on Monday afternoon. Spoke with 3 people about needing to have the underneath of our car checked to make sure nothing was broken. (a part had been hanging down and we had popped it back up. ) We made an appointment for Thursday at 1pm. They would look at it for free to see what may need to be done. When we went back on Thursday, there were 3 different people there. We said we had an 1 o’clock appointment. No information could be found. We asked if they could look at it. We got told they didn’t have an empty lift and didn’t know when they could. I asked did that mean hours or days. I got told. “I don’t know” then they told us to give them our car keys. We were very uncomfortable about what was happening and decided to move on.

Best place in the area to take your cars andI bring two cars there at the same time a day ago both very big jobs that a lot of other shops wouldn't even do and multiple other cars I've Ownd in the past all has been the best experience I've had with any mechanic shop, highly recommend Liz and Amanda. will, break their back and help try to accommodate you and save you as much money as possible and work with you on the amount due definitely would recommend taking your vehicle there have any problems and needed it back on the road quickly call honest A1auto

Wonderful experience. Scheduled an appointment for a brake noise I heard. They diagnosed my issue for two days, looking for the issue. Turned out to be noisy Audi brakes that get worse as they get older. Picked up my car, and was told there was no charge for the diagnosis process. Best service, and most honest company I have dealt with since moving to FL three years ago. They could have thrown parts at the problem, but instead, they took the time to give me a Free and Honest opinion of my problem. Thanks again, you have earned my trust and my business moving forward.

This shop was phenomenal to work with. I needed an all new transmission on my 2018 Nissan Rogue —and the work was completed quickly and at a fair price. It was their customer service however that blew me away. Due to issues with the bank for such a large transaction we had to call Liz over a dozen times to get the total billed settled and she was friendly, courteous, and patient throughout the process to ensure I was able to get back on the road quickly. It seems more and more rare there days to find such top notch customer service and Liz definitely went above and beyond. Will definitely be using Honest-1 for all my car maintenance moving forward.
