It's nice to have found a firm without all the overhead of a dealership that has knowledgeable and qualified mechanics and customer service personnel that not only just explain the issue but also, when necessary, beings you into the shop to further point things out.

I would (and I have) highly recommend Honest-1 for auto service. They give honest estimates without trying to upsell you on services you don't need. Very friendly and accommodating. Although I have not utilized it, they offer shuttle services.

It was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They had a great lounge area with great tasting coffee and snacks. I was able to work from there while waiting on my car alignment. They started and finished in a very reasonable time. I will definitely return!

Have I got a story for you. Was not paying attention and then pumped diesel fuel in my camry. Went in to the gas station and asked the attendant why he authorized diesel and he laughed. Figured I better leave fast since I had my 88 year old neighbor in the car. You know what happened. Went to yelp. Got a call from Frank. Told me no problem. Tow to Honest 1 auto care in ORMOND 🏖 BEACH. Took care of me. Fixed the 14 year old beater and they never laughed at me. Well maybe in private. Trust in Frank. This place is absolutely disgusting. Do not go there, read the reviews. Look at all the one star reviews. There are rip-offs the certified mechanic couldn't even find the strut was completely busted. Charged with $300 from nothing. My mom saw the certified mechanic. There didn't do not go here. You will regret it.

I have taken my Audi for service several times, honest-1 has always been on time and service complete and with quality. Last time I needed my sun visor replaced. They told me if I ordered it from Audi it would be cheaper than it they ordered it and then they would install. After receiving the visor and parts I made an appointment and honest-1 installed the visor for me at no charge. WOW, that doesn’t happen often this day and age. Thank you Honest-1 Thomas Ekstrom

Great experience again! Liz, Michelle and Alyssa were wonderful, as usual. I had to have my vehicle towed in this time and rides to and from were provided, making my life so much easier. The necessary repairs were performed in a timely manner and my car was ready a day before I expected. Honest1 is my go-to for all of my needs….highly recommend! Thank you all so much!

The only thing I have to say is these guys fixed my starter but then they listed a bunch of things that were wrong with my vehicle, But when I want to go and look at it I figured out very quickly that they were lying, Especially about the bricks, I know for a fact no one looked at these brakes
