As I shared already, honest is a great place to get your car maintained. Very efficient helpful staff. Prices are competitive.Highly recommend them to keep your car safe and reliable so your not sitting on the side of the road broke down.

My advice: Go elsewhere. My story: I brought my car in and told them that the battery would not hold a charge. I had the battery checked out prior to coming here and the battery was fine. Couple hours later I get a call that I needed my alternator replaced and a negative battery sensor. Total price after tax: Over $2000. This is a 12 year old, low end car. Not a new BMW. $2000 is more than the car is worth. I took the car home and used a multimeter on the battery. On idle it was showing 14.5 volts and 12.2 with the car off. This mean the alternator DOES work fine. The issue was something was draining the battery which I had told the person when I checked in. After watching YouTube videos on how to find parasitic battery draws I fixed the issue myself. No cost. Even if I had paid them the $2000+ dollars the issue would not have been fixed. Never again with this place.

We regret that the initial diagnosis of your alternator and negative battery sensor did not resolve the underlying issue of the battery drain.
