Each and every one of the employees are helpful in their services to the customers From the front desk to the mechanic working on your vehicle They even have shuttle service !

Honest-1 now takes care of both of my vehicles. I have a Jeep and a Ford F150 and I have had work done on both of them through Honest-1 And I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. Once they have my vehicle, they keep me informed every step of the way. They tell me when they checked in my vehicle and the level of service that is being done along with pictures of the issues they have found, and the recommended solutions to each issue. They are upfront and honest about cost and time and that is something I very much appreciate about this company. The people are fantastic to talk to and work with as well. They answer every question and never make you feel like you’ve asked a dumb question. I recommend Honest-1 to anybody who asks if I know someone who works on vehicles.

Heck yeah these guys got me in really quick. They knew they had a sucker. Long to the short....60 miles north will save you $465.00. 465 reasons I'll never go back. Needed alternator.....couldn't get home! They had me hostage and knew it...over charged me $465 more for a job that would have normally cost $850 tops. St. Augustine would have done it for $800.
