I’ve had service work performed here on several occasions. The employees are very courteous and the work done was exactly what I asked for and in a very timely way. The cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Shout out to Liz and the team over at Honest-1 Auto Care in Ormond. I was on a very tight schedule and needed some maintenance work performed on my vehicle prior to making a 5 hour road trip. I called Liz and she got my car in right away. I was in and out within an hour from placing the call. I appreciate their expedited service and getting me in at a moments notice!

Caring staff, great communication and detailed reporting, inspections, results and follow up.

Booked a u haul van online the night prior. Came in and was asked to specifically sit at the high top tables to wait and they were so uncomfortable. Waited well over 20 minutes before I was called up. I wonder what the point of booking online is. I will never come again

I went here on a limb over the holidays because my two local shops I've used over the last 5 years were closed for the holidays so I thought I'd get a quote and my brakes done while I waited. I had taken a different car I had to the honest 1 in south Daytona and they did good by me for standing by their warranty and taking care of what needed to be fixed. This shop wanted to treat me like I know nothing about cars and didn't need what I said I needed fixed and replaced a sensor. The problem was not resolved as the check engine light came back on 2 days later so I dropped it back off to them to fix what I said needed to be done. They then said they couldn't warranty the part and wanted to double charge me since they didn't believe that's what was wrong but that's not even why I decided to write a review. When I went to get the car back the brake lights and parking brake censors were flashing which as mazda and my local shop both told me is because when they changed the brakes they didn't put it into service mode and don't know what they're doing with my kind of vehicle. I have a generic Mazda so use this information as you will. I wouldn't trust any of these ratings, go take your business to Theresa's garage down the street for better prices and service. They never fixed my censor problem either, just tried to blame it on something else instead of taking accountability for messing up.

Need to change the picture.And put the true angles, that the sweetest people I have ever been blessed to have dropped into my life. I was having the most frighting day of my life. They made me feel safe and a feeling that all was going to be taken care of. And they did . Having no one in my life who really cares about me . They did . They showed me love ,and made my wait the best. They work on my truck with what was to be good replacement parts.They are pet friendly. And if you ever have to have work done there is no better place to go. The best customer service and the best mechanics in town I can't forget them. They care about their work . I had my alternator fail today and I was barely able to get the car there without calling a tow truck. Jay greeted me instantly and treated me like family him and Tom got it back in the shop fixed and had me on the road in less than two hours. What amazing service I will never go anywhere else.

I had the weekend of a nightmare. My car got stuck on 95 in the pitch dark with a messed up alternator, thankfully. Honest one Auto care was absolutely the best to be honest if they were in my area, I would recommend them to absolutely everyone I worked with Liz, Michelle and Bryton. When I say the service I received was absolutely wonderful and remarkable I am not Kidding, they are honestly the best people I have ever worked with from the hospitality and the transportation the caring and ultimate understanding of our situation was handled amazingly from these three I honestly would’ve never been able to get through this whole situation mentally or emotionally if it were not for them they took care of absolutely everything and the most awesome part about it was not only did they tell me what was wrong they showed me what was wrong and an 18 page PDF file documenting everything they’ve done what needed to be done immediately and things that I need to look out for for the future attached with that were photos that they took of what was wrong what they checked, and whether it was good or not, I have never worked with a company, so reliable their name definitely equals out to who and what they do and what they are Anybody who is in the Ormond Beach area if you have any issues, please go see them. You will not regret it at all. I truly want to thank the three people that helped me out in my situation who helped keep myself and my family, safe, uncomfortable, and aware of everything that is going on to make me feel comfortable that I was getting the best and most honest lol service I have ever received you have to check Them out
