Never made it home after over $1900 worth of work done. Same day I left we ended up on the highway broke down. I’ll update once the shop opens tomorrow. Now we are paying for a tow truck $175 to get the rest of the way home! Update: Liz is horrible in customer service. She will lie, the tech said he couldn’t get my coils Monday because they were out of stock but the real deal was it’s another $800 service, after we asked for ALL maintenance be done for a tune up. In reality while he had my engine up he could’ve ordered and did my coils along with my spark plugs and GDI fuel service. It’s all apart of the tune up and I requested it. Look at customer concerns in my receipt.

Had my 2009 F150 towed in for a blown Spark Plug and Coil. The helicoil needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t achieve torque. They made sure it was the right part and it’s been running great for months now. They kept me updated with pictures and info daily.

Car stalled on me had it towed there was told the alternator needed to be replaced, they want to charge me over 1000 bucks to do it. They said 400 for the alternator (O'Reilly's has them for 200) 350 for labor, and 180 for diagnosis, now most shops waive the inspection fee as long as you have the work done there, this is the first shop I been to that charges inspection and the price to fix. I mean I'm no mechanic but I've played around cars enough to know that over 1000 for an alternator is kinda steep.

I just wanted to start off by saying Frank thank you for being attentive and kind over the phone call while i was trying to get in contact with U-haul. Jay you really did such heartfelt work the other day and i can’t thank you enough. We had a terrible experience with budget and Jay changed everything around for us, allowed us to get a truck SO last minute for our across the country move. Jay got our truck ready for us and contracts all done within short notice and did it in such kind manner AND he did it after hours for us! Jay you made our move pull through and I hope you know you’re amazing at what you do! Thank you so much.

I would not I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was informed that there were 38 codes and it would take three hours to determine the issue. However, I decided to take my car to the Chevrolet dealership instead. They were able to clear the codes, test drove the car, and found that none of the codes reappeared. I obtained a printout from Chevy, which showed that all the codes were history codes and not currently active. In my opinion, Honest-1 is a complete scam. They attempted to deceive me into unnecessary services and even offered to purchase my car for their own benefit. It was a complete waste of time. I suggest taking your car to the dealership that manufactured it instead. I will upload pictures of the printouts later.

David, We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. You visited us due to a drivability issue. When we scanned your car’s trouble codes to start the investigation, 30+ codes came up. We showed you the codes because you had told us the codes were cleared a while back. We did not suggest any specific repair. We said that for that many codes to appear you probably have an electrical problem which can take time to identify. Clearing the codes would not correct the drivability issue, something else was happening. Our goal was to correct your drivability issue and to keep you informed about what we found along the way. We did not do that to your satisfaction, and we apologize again for that. All the best, H1 Team.
