Honest Auto is NOT honest! Stay away from this place! They upsell every single repair request and ripped off our teenager.

Im giving it 2 stars only because Ive always come here and recomended others as well. I brought my jeep into tonlook into electrical problems and back windshield wiper to be fixed. I was told just to start that the rear windshield wiper motor needed to be fixed and a new battery and that would cost 1150. I thought that was outrageous to put a battery in and for a part that cost like 100 there would be 850 in labor then they still would have to find the electrical problem that could cost 2000 more. I said not to work on it and oicked my jeep up. About 2 weeks later when I went to out new battery in I realized they never put the air intake back in they left it off and my whole back of my jeep windshield wiper was disasembled and never put back together so the whole panel was just flopping around. I really liked the people that used to work here and honestly they have some pretty rude people working up front now. So a couple of hundred dollars later to have nothing done I have parts missing and have everything disassembled and not put back after they looked at it.

The people were very friendly and were able to easily explain what was wrong with my vehicle. The office was very nice with a kid area and another area for the adults. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on.
