I had a coupon for an oil change for $17.95. The final cost was about $28.00 as I required an extra court of oil and shop supplies. It took 45 minutes for an oil change. I could have gone to a 10 minutes service for price and saved myself a bunch of time. Staff was very courteous and facility was very nice.

I would like to contact you shortly to discuss more your experience with us. We obviously failed to let you know all of our inspections and work we do as part of our standard oil change package. We cannot do them all in 10 minutes but 30 minutes is our average. We want your car and you to be safe so we do spend extra time checking your suspension, tire alignment, tires pressure, fluids levels, complete an electrical check including checking the reserve capacity of the battery and doing a 40+ point comprehensive safety check including a road check. We want you to feel secure leaving our shop that your car is not only well maintained but safe. Again I apologize for the extra time it took to complete the oil change package.
