***Update - after the response by the company, they never followed up. I never got a phone call from anyone and they failed "to show [me] how [they] normally appreciate [their] customers. Unless of course, this is the norm.*** After calling about an online coupon for a full synthetic oil change, I was given a same day appointment. When I arrived, I was helped by the guy I spoke to on the phone. I referred again to the full synthetic change coupon & he assured me he would take care of it. He told me it would take an hour & I left. I returned in 45 minutes & he made eye contact with me when I walked in. After waiting another 30 minutes, he came over & gave an update to the other 2 customers, but not to me. I waited another 10 minutes before getting up to check on the status of my order when I saw my vehicle parked & ready to go while he made small talk with another customer. When he finally got around to finding my paperwork, he handed me the wrong keys & quoted me a much lower price. When I corrected him he, looked again, typed some stuff into his computer & then told me he had given me a discount. But when I looked at the paperwork, it showed that they had done a semi-synthetic oil change. I pointed it out, and after making an excuse or two, he offered to re-do the change if I could wait another 20 minutes. But I couldn't & I had already waited an extra 45 minutes at that point. Still he offered again to re-do if I would wait, but I asked for my keys, he apologized, & I walked out. He never offered any other solution to his mistake. At this point I won't be going back.
