This place was top notch. I had blown my tire and got towed here. Not only did the affordably replace the tire, they inflated my spare tire for me and loaded it back up. Amazing waiting area with snacks, coffee, tea, water, even entertainment for kids. Bathrooms were better than any top notch medical or corporate office. The staff was super nice, helpful, and an amazing sense of humor. I have never been to such an amazing service center ever. Couldn't recommend more. Thanks guys

While on vacation in Florida, my car had to be towed to a garage. Fortunately, AAA recommended Honest 1. We arrived at Honest 1 around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. I felt sure I would have to wait until Monday to get my car fixed and my reservations ended at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Not only did Michelle chauffeur us to our hotel that afternoon, she picked all 3 of us AND our lugguage up the next morning at 8:30. We walked across the highway to have breakfast and by the time we ate and returned to the garage, my car was finished. They had to replace the defective starter that was installed just 4 days earlier. We were on the road by 11:00 a.m. and headed home. Dennis, Michelle and Jay provided outstanding service!! They were professional and courteous. I also want to compliment on the very clean restroom and comfortable waiting areas. I even gave them a shout out on my Facebook post. Honest 1 will be my go to garage anytime I visit the area. I felt very appreciated.

Shout out to Liz and the team over at Honest-1 Auto Care in Ormond. I was on a very tight schedule and needed some maintenance work performed on my vehicle prior to making a 5 hour road trip. I called Liz and she got my car in right away. I was in and out within an hour from placing the call. I appreciate their expedited service and getting me in at a moments notice!

They made me feel safe and a feeling that all was going to be taken care of. And they did . Having no one in my life who really cares about me . They did . They showed me love ,and made my wait the best. They work on my truck with what was to be good replacement parts.They are pet friendly. And if you ever have to have work done there is no better place to go. The best customer service and the best mechanics in town I can't forget them. They care about their work .
