I have been bringing my vehicle here for several years, but I was very disappointed this last time. I took my truck in to have the AC fixed and was told it had leaking real seals. They said they could replace the seals if I brought it back the following Monday. They ordered seals but the part was incorrect, ordered more seals and still incorrect, then learned, you cannot replace seals on that model, you have to replace the entire axel. One of the axels was on a national back order, so they could not repair the truck and put it back together as best they could in worse condition than before. I was told they could order the axels, but it would be about $3400 parts and labor. I took the truck to the dealership. I did have to help the dealership find one of the axels, however, they were able to replace the axels, 4 new tires and a bad tire pressure sensor for the same price I was quoted for the axel repair at Honest.
