Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the notes, timeline, and conversations from your visit to ensure everything was handled correctly. Your vehicle arrived with the hood open, a broken caliper bolt, no brake pedal after attempting to bleed the brakes yourself, and worn pads and rotors. This required a full brake safety inspection, not a quick check. At drop-off, our advisor explained that we already had eight diagnostics ahead of you and that we might get to it later that day, but it would most likely be the next morning. That expectation was clearly communicated and documented. When you arrived unannounced later that day, your vehicle was still in the queue exactly as explained. No one refused service, and no promises were broken. We also reviewed the interaction with our team and did not find any behavior matching what was described. We understand being without a car is frustrating, but safety-related inspections must be done correctly and in order.
