Honest One operates exactly how they advertise. They did a thourough inspection of my car for free, with pictures and descriptions. I also received a description and explanation as to what services I needed now and what I’ll need in the future. They ordered the parts in a timely manner. And the technician didn’t cut corners. My oil pan and motor mounts were repaired beautifully. Liz and Amanda did a wonderful job communicating and preparing everything for my repair purchase. They are timely, communicative, and efficient.

Great experience! We needed a cap replaced from Toyota. They went to get it for us. Service was quick. Gary the technician came out to us and showed us the leaking part and the replacement. Liz checked us in, was very knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. Bathroom was clean. Kurig coffee and snacks while you wait. They even have a shuttle to take you home and bring you back if you don't want to wait. I feel their name Honest Auto is accurate.

Amanda called this morning to check on a job that was performed on my wife’s car, when she called i told her something was still amiss. She told me to bring the car in which i did and they diagnosed the problem and was done by 1pm same day. The follow up call and making the customer feel important on getting it right. Had some brake noise coming from my car so I took it here, they got me in the same day and were able to find out what was wrong in just a couple hours. My service advisor Liz was so great, instead of trying to sell me brakes she said all I need was a few parts and to clean and adjust them. Everyone there was so pleasant to deal with and really lived up to the name. I highly recommend
