If you are looking for an auto care facility to service your vehicle, I highly recommend Honest - 1 Auto Care. They have been servicing my F150 2015 for two years. The service advisors are very knowledgeable. All the technicians that have worked on my truck have all done super jobs. I am glad I found this facility. Keep up the good work.

This place caused damage to our truck and then wanted to charge us atleast $1000 more than the dealership to fix it. You, are your ppl! Never reached out to my Wife or myself, EVER! Your service department let my Wife drive off in a truck your department sabotaged and could have left her in an accident due to leaking oil/Greece. Only, when she picked me up did this get realized. SO, YOU SAYING DUPLICATE REVIEWS IS BULL SHIT! That was MY experience!. Thankfully, She didn't experience what your service department left her with!!! Customers shouldn't even trust you because even though my Wife could have killed someone due to leaking oil, you try to place blame on the Customers... Just look at your responses...

Excellent sincere service. From Todd greeting me at the front door, to the awesome mechanic who did a thorough evaluation and then tune-up, to Liz, who finalized the experience, reviewed what had been completed & the follow-up plan. I'm very satisfied, as I always have been with Honest One. I needed a total brake job, as the front brakes were "pulsing" every time I had to slow down, or stop. They're working perfectly now, and appreciate the 3 yr warranty. Thank you all very much.

I have been bringing my vehicle here for several years, but I was very disappointed this last time. I took my truck in to have the AC fixed and was told it had leaking real seals. They said they could replace the seals if I brought it back the following Monday. They ordered seals but the part was incorrect, ordered more seals and still incorrect, then learned, you cannot replace seals on that model, you have to replace the entire axel. One of the axels was on a national back order, so they could not repair the truck and put it back together as best they could in worse condition than before. I was told they could order the axels, but it would be about $3400 parts and labor. I took the truck to the dealership. I did have to help the dealership find one of the axels, however, they were able to replace the axels, 4 new tires and a bad tire pressure sensor for the same price I was quoted for the axel repair at Honest.
