Great customer service! Took my car to Gary Yeomans Honda for an oil change and was told I need new pads on all my breaks. Quoted about $700. Wanted a second opinion so I took my car to Honest 1 Auto. It ended up that my brakes were fine, and I didn't need to replace the pads. They didn't even charge me for inspection. Customer service took me home when I left my car there and they picked me up to get my car. Highly recommended! It is great to know that there are still good and honest people in our community and city. Thank you Honest 1, saved a lot of money

Very impressed with Honest-1 Auto Care. Easy to make appointments (I did online and someone called me back within 15 minutes); they showed me specifically the repair(s) that was needed and why; and gave me transportation to and from shop without charge. Our car had a flat on the way to Orlando (with two small kids) and we were towed to Honest 1. I have literally never had better customer service at any car, tire, auto spot in my life. They were incredibly patient and understanding, and worked with us to prioritize tire changes. It was incredibly affordable, and honestly if they doubled the costs - it still would have been worth it for how wonderful they were to work with. I wish I lived closer and I’d give them all my business. 10/10 would recommend.

I had to have a new battery installed. The staff could not have been more courteous. The location was spotless and I will consider them when I need additional service. I will also recommend them.

This Honest-1 Auto Care did a great job for us. When I took my husband to his radiation treatment, the check engine light went on. We went straight to this shop and Liz K got us right in for diagnostics. They were quick to tell us exactly what was wrong and the cost. Michelle drove us back-and-forth to our home 20 minutes away, she is Lovely! We had a good experience and will return to the shop whenever needed.
