Jeff, Jim and the rest at honest-1 are wonderful and I don't know what I'd do without them. I took in my girlfriends pt cruiser with what I assumed was a failed power steering pump. To my surprise it was just an O ring that they replaced for an extremely reasonable price. Went there to return a Uhaul truck. John was awesome to work with. He received the truck, checked the truck over, got the mileage and checked us out in a matter of minutes. He was welcoming and fun to work with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing uhaul.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is so friendly compared to other shops in the area. The name of this shop fits perfectly. I can definitely trust these guys. Always help ease my worries with updates and excellent communication and very knowledgeable service crew. You can't go wrong bringing your vehicles to this place

I had some lights come on my Cadillac SRX and they had such great reviews that I took it in to find the problem. I don't know if it's because I was a woman there by myself or what but they were anything but "Honest". They told me my brake fluid was low because there was a leak, which was the only truthful thing about any of it. They said I needed all new calipers, rotors, brake pads, and hoses in the back. They told me the rotors were so rusty that the hose wasn't sitting correctly causing the leak and that said hose was warped and cracked. They quoted $1400 for the repair. They told me "it's a Cadillac so parts are more expensive". They also told me that the pads were almost to the squealers and the front brakes should be replaced soon as well. After speaking with my husband he said there's no way repairing the back brakes should cost $1400 so we quoted the price of the parts we'd need and it was almost 1/2 of what they said the parts cost. My husband ended up fixing it with the help of some work friends and only needed to change the rotors and pads. The calipers were fine and the existing hose just needed to be reseated. Plus he said the pads were practically new, not worn to almost squealing like they told me. We're keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't start leaking again, but will probably be returning the calipers and hoses we bought as it doesn't appear to need them. Tldr; if you're a woman DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE AND GROSSLY OVERCHARGE YOU.

I have been going to Honest-1 for the past year for basic maintenance. The entire staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They're second to none when it comes to communication. From making the appointment to keeping you informed during the work. At my last visit it was determined that I needed a new alternator. Two months later the new alternator needed to be replaced. They immediately worked me into their schedule and replaced the alternator the same day. They showed a genuine concern and honored the warranty with no questions asked.
