Our Hyundai stalled on I-95 about 4 miles north of Ormond Beach, and after some effort we got it running just enough to make it to Honest-1 Auto. By the time we reached their shop, the car completely broke down right at the entrance. Without hesitation, two of the techs, Bryton and Stephen came running out to help push our car safely into the shop. Their kindness and quick response instantly put us at ease. After a quick but thorough assessment, they diagnosed the issue — a blown bearing that unfortunately killed the engine. Even though this wasn’t a repair they could fix on the spot, they were incredibly professional, honest, and compassionate in walking us through our options. They truly live up to their name — Honest-1 Auto. Michelle and Liz were so wonderful, offering clear advice on how to proceed and guiding us on the next steps to get the car to Hyundai. The entire team went above and beyond in a stressful situation. We couldn’t be more grateful for their honesty, kindness, and genuine care. If you are looking for an auto care facility to service your vehicle, I highly recommend Honest - 1 Auto Care. They have been servicing my F150 2015 for two years. This place caused damage to our truck and then wanted to charge us atleast $1000 more than the dealership to fix it. You, are your ppl! Never reached out to my Wife or myself, EVER! Your service department let my Wife drive off in a truck your department sabotaged and could have left her in an accident due to leaking oil/Greece. Only, when she picked me up did this get realized. SO, YOU SAYING DUPLICATE REVIEWS IS BULL SHIT! That was MY experience!. Thankfully, She didn't experience what your service department left her with!!! Customers shouldn't even trust you because even though my Wife could have killed someone due to leaking oil, you try to place blame on the Customers... Just look at your responses...
