Had my car towed I. Thurs nite 8/31 at 6pm, my car was ready on Fri Sept 1 at 9:30am. Liz and her crew have been taking care of my families cars for at least 20 years. They are the best Honest1.

A name carry a lot of weight, never consciously giving thought to a business name (Honest) was well beyond what I expected. Within a few minutes with the services representative ,I notice something a little unusual about my customer experience they where honestly customer conscious. Working in and environment that was very ,very ,clean and pleasant, efficient and very engaging. Restrooms tell a lot about any business establishment and it’s credibility. My momma always say a bathroom tells everything about a person. Well the bathroom, the customer service with the two front people and the gentleman that sits in the back has mastered customer service and the business mission of being honest. You have mastered the competitive advantage of being a Honest business with customer satisfaction and honesty.

I just want give a huge THANKS to honest 1 car care in Ormond! I called later in the afternoon on Friday and I was able to be scheduled for the next day - first thing in the morning! Liz was super sweet and helpful. Liz was very engaged and great with communication! I also opted to receive service updates via text messaging.... (i scheduled for my brakes ..which is vague as brakes may not always need to be done as a full replacement...) I received pictures of my whole vehicle - literally every angle, inside and out throughout the inspection. I was sent a "health" report and was aware of all the maintenance that needed to be done prior to the work being started / completed. I would certainly recommend initiating services with honest 1 car care in Ormond if you're "shopping around" for a place to service your vehicle.

Liz, and the whole team at honest 1 were amazing with helping get my 2011 Jeep Wrangler back on the road. Quickly diagnosed my faulty ecm, and had it replaced in no time. 100% plan to work with them in the future. Also they are generous enough to offer military discount to all of us veterans!

I was very surprised by their degree of professionalism. So organized and pleasant... and they did the job right at a fair price with no upselling. I'll be back for sure!

This place is fantastic I recommend everyone go there for their vehicle needs. Staff was very friendly and made you feel like they were family. Elizabeth and Buffalo were great to deal with.
