Honest-1 Auto Care is amazing they it’s my second time going to them for 2 separate issues with my Gray Nissan Sentra. Andrew Torkaski is so pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. I no longer go to Nissan dealership. Honest-1 is the best place to go for your car repairs.

Stopped here because I needed an oil change and they're right in the area I wanted to go. The inside is immaculate, everyone is SUPER nice, and they have a fantastic waiting area with a TV. They also offer coffee and snacks. The 1st time I went I was pleasantly surprised by a coupon and snack hanging from my rear view mirror when I got back in my car. The 2nd time I was there Mike helped me out with something I postponed from the 1st visit. I'm so glad I found this place and I plan to stick with them for as much as I can get done there!

Chrissi, We really appreciate you coming back. We are an alternative to the small, dark, grimy repair shops where you are afraid to walk in. Our team has worked in those shops at one time or another and said we will create an inviting environment. So we are always thrilled when the difference is brought up. Thanks again. I've using this shop for several years and it's always a great experience! Customer service is excellent. Just had my oil changed for free today through their loyalty program!

My favorite repair shop ever 👍🏼 I was lucky enough to find Honest-1 after moving to Ormond Beach. I’ve been a customer several times and am pleased to say I am extremely happy with their work and customer service. Every single staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and never have any trouble explaining what is it I need or why. They take the time to shop around for the highest quality parts at the lowest prices possible. They have even gone so far as to take me into the garage and have a technician show me the inside of my engine and explain exactly what is going on with my vehicles. I’ve referred my parents, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and any friends who ever need help. I highly recommend anyone reading this to drop by and experience for themselves why I’ll always choose take my business here 😁

At this location I had a fantastic experience, the consultant (Mike) showed professional and dedication service delivery! He is a great asset to your company as he addressed all automobile needs. I was out of town and while being in Florida I experienced a great customer service experience from Mike and this location. That said, my family successfully arrived to our destination. If you are in the area, I strongly recommend this location and see Mike!!!
