My initial conversation was with Mr. Jay. He showed me so much grace and celebrated with me my new knowledge of learning my vehicles engine was a 2.0 liter. He clarified my concerns and expectations for my vehicle. He set realistic expectations and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile I could hear over the phone. My second interaction was with Amanda. She was equally amazing. She followed up with me promptly, made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and she provided shuttle service for our vehicle to be picked up. Her professionalism is par to none and her delightful personality compliments her professionalism. Amanda and Jay encouraged me to attend the upcoming event “Girls Night at the Garage.” Amanda signed me up and explained I will receive a formal invitation via email. I am excited to attend the event because I really need to learn more about my Honda Civic. I am also hoping Jay makes peach cobbler or banana pudding for girls night out. Hint just order Publix fried chicken (have them cook it about 3 minutes longer) 🙂 My final interaction was with Jeff, (I hope I remembered his name) the service member that worked on my car. He was able to explain the ins and outs of the problem with our vehicle. He was kind and nonjudgmental. He told us what we need to do for follow up and told us to come back in when we are ready. We will definetly be returning. Lastly the ambiance. My fiancé said “this place is immaculate. It’s clean, organized, the energy is great and they treated us like family.” My fiance does not give compliments that are undeserving. A friend referred me to Honest A and I am so glad I inquired about where she has her car serviced. I know my review is lengthy but I wanted to be clear on why I am giving Honest A a rating of 5. Not only will I return for “Girls Night Out at Garage” We have decided to make Honest A our primary mechanic/auto shop. Thanks for outstanding customer service! Fast repairs and reasonable pricing. I took my friend to pick up his vehicle and the receptionist was very rude when he wondered why it was $1400 for a water pump and they weren’t authorized to do a brake job which they did anyway I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Bad business ethics. We had to hire a tow service to remove the truck because after all that the vehicle didn’t even run!

I feel like they've always lived up to their name. I've used them multiple times, compared with other shops and their recommendations, they've always had the more sensible approach to issues and genuinely try to keep things affordable when it's possible to do so.

The shop and office were very clean and lighted. Coffee and snacks out for customers. Employees are kind. Got my vehicle fixed before end of the day.

This was my 2nd time using Honest-1. I finally found an auto shop that I can trust. The prices may be a little higher but the peace of mind is well worth it! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I will use them in the future but hopefully it will be the distant future.

Rich and Lucas are the best. They got my tire patched in no time. The waiting room was too nice, between the massage chair and the couches. The free snacks were great too. I would 100% go back to just to chill in the waiting room.
