I have taken my Mercedes Sprinter based RV there twice and have always received very good service at a reasonable price. Liz at the front is knowledgeable and personable in her interface with customers. They really do a great job of communication with texts and pictures of the work they are preforming.

Been here a few times now. They’ve never tried to hit me with unexpected or seemingly extraneous repairs. The people are friendly and the waiting room is a good spot to get some work done. I recommend.

Honest One operates exactly how they advertise. They did a thourough inspection of my car for free, with pictures and descriptions. I also received a description and explanation as to what services I needed now and what I’ll need in the future. They ordered the parts in a timely manner. And the technician didn’t cut corners. My oil pan and motor mounts were repaired beautifully. Liz and Amanda did a wonderful job communicating and preparing everything for my repair purchase. They are timely, communicative, and efficient.

Great experience! We needed a cap replaced from Toyota. They went to get it for us. Service was quick. Gary the technician came out to us and showed us the leaking part and the replacement. Liz checked us in, was very knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. Bathroom was clean. Kurig coffee and snacks while you wait. They even have a shuttle to take you home and bring you back if you don't want to wait. I feel their name Honest Auto is accurate.

Amanda called this morning to check on a job that was performed on my wife’s car, when she called i told her something was still amiss. She told me to bring the car in which i did and they diagnosed the problem and was done by 1pm same day. The follow up call and making the customer feel important on getting it right.
