Scheduled a brake fluid flush. Front desk ladies were very polite and knowledgeable. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, kind and quick. The waiting room was very nice as was the bathroom and outside. Would highly recommend. Thank you Honest-1

Traveling to South Florida when a brake pad stuck and overheated. They got me in and serviced our SUV quickly on a Sat at 08:00. Great service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place.

We were immediately impressed by the friendliness of the people. Ultimately, I was impressed with how quickly and frequently they sent me updates and how soon they were finished with my car. It's hard to find really good mechanics and garages. I like this one a lot.

I took my car in for an oil change and tune up. They found that my two front wheel barrings needed to be replaced along with my lower control arm. That was done. 2 weeks later my car over heated. My vehicle had to be towed back to them. They found a whole new list of things wrong: radiator,thermostat, and water pump. That was done. My car continued to have issues with the steering matching up with my wheels. So we took my car to tire kingdom to get an alignment...they found that the lower control arm was not placed on my vehicle properly causing one of the brand new wheel barrings to go bad. I am a mother who drives around with 3 babies under the age of 5...and we could have been in a wreck.

I received a ladies night coupon in the mail. 25.00 off. I called for availability and price to change the front brake pads on a 2018 Jeep Compass. I was told it would depend on the condition of the brake system but minimum 450.00. I asked again to make sure he understood it was for brake pad replacement and was told "Yes, 450.00" I told him most places were 100.00 to 130.00 and he replied " Well, there you go" Are these Louis Vuitton brake pads? 😂

James, We appreciate you calling us for a quote. To confirm the pricing we provided was correct, we went to an independent company that anyone can use (repairpal.com). They price out services for the all types of car repairs. Their service said the price should have been in the $500 range for your Jeep, so our estimate was very competitive. The problem with brake repairs is exactly as you said, the materials provided can range greatly. Unfortunately on brakes, there is no mandated part construction so repair shops can use anything. We guarantee our parts will meet/exceed the OEM specification and we guarantee our pads for as long as you own the car. We hope you were able to get your pads replaced. Brakes are one of the most important safety parts of your car so having them in good condition is essential. We wish you the best. H1Team

The service advisor Liz is VERY rude. Having my car towed from them.

Kim, I know our center manager called and talked to you about your experience with us and apologized. Liz also called and tried to contact you to also apologize. As you said to Frank, she needed another cup of coffee. She should have asked to call you back with a definite time your car would have been in the shop instead of giving a vague response. Her just coming into the shop was not an excuse. And her tone was wrong. Everyone is taught to that our job is to WOW our customers and we did not do it here. Again we all apologize. Excellent service. Fast, accurate, professional. Everyone I dealt with was helpful. Nice lounge with free coffee, wifi, and snacks. I would feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.
