Horrible. $1500 for brakes, pads and rotors, oil change and one wheel bearing and were now at their other location which they are the same name but way nicer for one, caliper locked up.. Liz basically called me a liar and said she had told me about the caliper which she did not...anyhow pray that I don't ever have to go back there!!! I am not one to complain but I don't want anyone else to have the experience we have had!!! I am a single mom as my fiance unfortunately passed away and for them to rip us off is very sad!

Honest, if a bit expensive. They did great work for me: evaluated my car and figured out it was a VERY dead battery. Had me out the door and back on the road in short order. Labor to change said battery was quite pricey, however.

I started going to this place to get my oil change back in 2016 it turns out they screwed up my odometer somehow and brought it back 100,000 miles and now I’m unable to sell my truck because of what they did terrible place to go to. Now it’s time I have to sue them.

Juan, We do not have you in our system. Is this at the right shop? You posted the same review on Yelp and was talking about a 2010 Dodge Ram and gave a partial VIN number. I looked it up that VIN at FL state DMV and it shows a truck with 5 crashes. Did someone change out the OD during one of the crashes and did not report it? We don't do body shop work. We do not show ever working on your 2010 Dodge Ram so pls give us a call and we will see how we can help. All the best, H1 Team

Never made it home after over $1900 worth of work done. Same day I left we ended up on the highway broke down. I’ll update once the shop opens tomorrow. Now we are paying for a tow truck $175 to get the rest of the way home! Update: Liz is horrible in customer service. She will lie, the tech said he couldn’t get my coils Monday because they were out of stock but the real deal was it’s another $800 service, after we asked for ALL maintenance be done for a tune up. In reality while he had my engine up he could’ve ordered and did my coils along with my spark plugs and GDI fuel service. It’s all apart of the tune up and I requested it. Look at customer concerns in my receipt.
