Excellent ! Here's my experience: First off, I was in customer service for 30 years, and rarely do I receive customer service at a level that I feel moved to write a review. This is only the third review I’ve ever given, not meaning I haven’t had good service in the past, but exceptional service is a rarity. When everything goes as expected good service should be a given, but when something doesn’t go exactly as planned, how a company and their representative handle the situation is the real test of customer service. Great people (Thanks Liz & Michelle), great shop, and they stand behind their work. I first learned about them from CarMax as a recommended shop for warranty repair for a broken power window, rear adjustable shock, and rear main oil seal failure. All work was done very quickly. So, when I had an engine light flash (misfire codes) I returned to Honest-1 for the repair, and again the repair was done on time and was on my way again. Well after 1 week I had another misfire code and took my vehicle back. They replaced a bad part (no fault of their own) and with no charge to me, I was on my way again. One last thing: When I had my first inspection, I asked about the brakes, and was told they were above 50% life left, unbeknown to them that I had been told by the dealer that they HAD to be replaced as they were almost completely gone. This is one of the reasons I will continue to give them my business, however the main reason is the people, especially Liz. JL
