I had a problem with my sister's car, it was making an awful noise when we stepped and released the break. Took it to 2 other repair shops and they said it was nothing to worry about. Well, it was so I took it to Honest 1 Auto Care and they fixed it and were very courteous and professional. I will definitely go back for service and repair of my sister's Toyota Camry! Running like a charm.

This automotive repair and maintenance business far exceeded my expectations!!! Kind considerate staff, work done extremely well, fair prices, and first class follow up. In my 30 year career in the automobile industry, I have been a District Sales Manager for a major manufacturer along with the top Subaru Distributor in the country. I have been a highly rated General Manager in all categories for many years. Lastly as a turnaround specialist, Vice President and General Managing Partner of 18 years for the Hendrick Automotive Group at Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte NC., where we serviced 180 cars a day. We went from 31st in our company to 1st by creating very high standards of customer service and satisfaction. I rarely write reviews for any business, but I am so very impressed with this company’s services, I just wanted to take the time to give this review. This company is awesome !

I was very impressed by the service I received. In particular was a man at the desk named Jay. He helped me throughout the entire time I was there. I was blown away by his energy, professionalism and his genuine to want to take care of my needs. This to me is meaningful because I’ve been to other places of business where they were very rude and had terrible attitudes. Great customer service!

I use Honest 1 all the time. They are always pleasant and courteous. They are never pushy and always value my time. I have been to many repair shops and dealerships but none can compare to Honest 1. Liz and the rest of the staff are # 1
