Excellent customer service! The staff especially Liz updated me on needs and progress explaining thoroughly everything that needed to be addressed! Pictures were taken of the brakes, calipers, and rotors to show me the status prior to repair. Staff is not pushy, very informative, and HONEST!!!!! Very happy with their service. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Had a great experience at this shop, very friendly and courteous staff. My car was fixed in a timely manner, and very clean and comfortable waiting room! Would recommend this place to friends and family.

We had an amazing experience with Honest 1 Auto. We brought in our RV for a full check-up before a big trip, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect condition. Liz and Michelle were thorough, professional, and incredibly friendly. They checked the brakes, tires, fluids, and even took extra time to inspect things we hadn’t even thought of. We left feeling completely confident and safe for our journey. It’s rare to find a shop that cares this much about their customers and the quality of their work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and honest service — we’ll definitely be back!

You know, the hardest thing about finding a good place to get your car fixed, is the worry that you are going to be 1) over charged, and 2) are they going to say there are more things wrong than what’s absolutely needed to make more money off you. Well.. that’s NOT the case w/ Honest 1 Auto Care in Ormond Beach, FL. My A/C was blowing warm and we can’t have that in this muggy state. I had gotten a quote for almost 3000 elsewhere, where they said I had to replace everything. Something told me to get a second opinion. I checked here, and they were able to do an A/C Recharge, and replace just a $100.00 part. My bill here was 650 and I’m driving happy and cool! Big thanks to Michelle up front for being so sweet and efficient, and for helping me when I called. Thanks to Liz the Service Advisor that helped me. She was on point. I’m so glad I found HONEST Auto Care. ;)
