I’ve had two of our vehicles serviced here and have been happy every time especially with the line of communication that is opened during the whole process of your vehicle being assessed to when it’s being worked on and when it’s done. I appreciate the text messages with the links of the work being done etc. Awesome technicians and front office personnel.

My alternator went bad while doing errands. I had it towed to Honest one at 4:45pm on a Wednesday. It was the closest shop to where I was broken down, and I think someone stayed late to recieve it. Tom called me the next morning and told me what was wrong, what needed to be done and the cost. Also he informed me that my warranty was still active and he could use that and save me a bunch. I agreed, he did all the foot work and I was able to pick my car up the next day! The mechanic was awesome. I think his name is Brennan or Brandon, anyway he took me to my vehicle and explained everything he did to fix it, and also some things that I might need to pay attention too. So long story short... my car is fixed. I know what also needs to be done to keep my car running, and I even earned some points to use towards those upcoming fixes. Such an awesome team! They took such good care of me. I was completely happy with the service I received. Best shop I have ever used!
