Everyone was very nice!They were transparent on the cost of service and did what they said they would. My AC is now running nice and cold in this hot Florida Heat.

Honest 1 was amazing! The only time I’ve felt this comfortable or well taken care of when dealing with a repair shop was when I used to bring my cars to my uncles shop years ago. They are incredibly professional, they make the entire process painless, they are quick, friendly, and the place is spotless. Very clean environment, had a play area that kept my daughter entertained the whole time. They communicated well and were very quick. Will definitely use Honest 1 again in the future!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Good thing that I went in. Found out that all four tires had dry rot. I was leaving for a trip that day. They couldn't get me the tires that day but told me where I could go and called the manager for me. Thanks I could have been on the side of the road with a blown out tire.

Honest 1 offered a ladies night class to teach ladies about our vehicles. They teached us about all the fluids, when to change them. About the tires & how to tell when you need new ones. How to tell what fluid is leaking by the color of the fluid on the ground. Even down to putting gas in the car. It was good to be in a room full of ladies & being able to have questions answered & not being judged for the questions asked. Ladies this is a class all ladies need to take from us older ladies down to your young ladies who are just starting to drive. There are a lot of young ladies that don’t have a father figure to tell them how to check your oil & so forth but this class will prepare all the ladies out here. Especially living in Florida our vehicles work harder & knowing how to take care of them yourself will help them last longer. Thank you for this class🙏🏾🙏🏾.
