I took my car into Honest-1Auto Care because check engine light came on and the VSA light came on in my Honda Odyssey Van. With in a few hours I received a full scan with pictures and a call from Tom about the cost and repairs for my vehicle. He explained in great detail what was needed. The car was repaired the same day and a courtesy driver named Lucas picked me up at my home and bought me back to pick up my car. I could not have had a more professional and more positive experience anywhere but here at Honest-1. I highly recommend them for any car repairs.

I feel like I should start with the staff. Michelle and Liz were both totally awesome. Their customer service was the stars and above. I literally couldn't have been happier and they were so kind in helping me figure everything out. The evaluation was done quickly and service also was completed very quickly, faster than I thought it would be. I really just couldn't be happier with this shop. Now my car is in very good working order and I know what needs to be taken care of in the future. I will absolutely return here every time. Also the work has a 3-year or 36,000 mile warranty whichever is longer.

Last minute the AC in my truck stopped working, dropped the truck there first thing the next morning hoping to have it fixed for a road trip that I was leaving on the next day. They did everything they could to make that happen including the technician coming in on his day off to finish the job. Had us out of there 10:30 the next morning after dropping it off. Excellent service, kept me informed on any concerns while servicing my car. Very courteous staff, provides shuttle service to your home and back. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and will continue to do so.
